Your Role
As an Early Childhood Educator with MoveRays, you will:
· Meet with parents online or in-person to assess family and child activities.
· Develop and customize holistic learning plans based on child development principles.
· Engage with families in creating meaningful digital content as personal heirlooms and tools for learning.
· Promote physical activity through fun and healthy age-appropriate activities.
· Facilitate family outings to community venues, fostering growth and connection.
· Collaborate with preschools and community educators to document learning milestones.
· Support parents in moderating digital content and managing purposeful technology use.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
· A valid Early Childhood Education Certificate or equivalent.
· Experience working with children and families.
· Proficiency with digital tools for learning and content creation.
· Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and partners.
· Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
· A clear criminal record check.
