We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Account Specialist to serve as a key point of contact between our customers and internal teams. In this role, you'll manage inquiries, resolve issues, and support sales and business development efforts to ensure a positive customer experience.
What You Will Be Doing
Here's an overview of your responsibilities and how you'll contribute to our customer relationships:
- Respond to incoming phone calls and customer service inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information on products, pricing, order status, and lead times
- Process orders, returns, and adjustments in coordination with production and logistics teams
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues, determining the cause, and following up to ensure resolution
- Support the sales team by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and preparing quotes or documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM or customer service systems as needed
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met
