About the Opportunity A leading and well-established manufacturing organization in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a results-driven Senior Quality Manager to oversee and elevate our quality management systems and ensure continued compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. This is a confidential search for a critical leadership position reporting directly to the executive team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams across multiple manufacturing sites.
- Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 9001 (and other applicable standards) certified quality management systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and lean methodologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to uphold product quality and consistency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer audits, third-party certifications, and regulatory inspections.
- Analyze quality metrics and report performance trends to senior leadership.
- Champion a culture of quality across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership in a senior-level quality role, preferably in regulated or high-volume manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of quality systems, process validation, and statistical quality control.
- Strong familiarity with ISO standards, Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, and root cause analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Relevant post-secondary education in Quality Assurance, or related discipline; CQE, CQA, or Six Sigma certification considered an asset.
