The Accounts Payable Contact Centre may be the job for you! It is the first point of contact for support and inquiries for all internal and external customers of accounts payable. Our agents provide customer service by phone and email (no face-to-face interaction). We handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, providing helpful, timely, and professional responses. Knowledge of accounts payable processes, effective communication, and keyboarding skills are beneficial. Our primary customers include suppliers, employees, and physicians. The team responds to inquiries such as invoice or payment status and provides navigation support on finance systems and processes. This position can be on-site or remote within Alberta, subject to manager approval, operational needs, collective agreement, and your ability to meet remote work conditions. The initial training will be on-site in Red Deer, with a possible transition to remote work at the supervisor's discretion.

Required Qualifications:
Some post-secondary education.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months' experience in a contact centre providing customer service by phone and email, or a similar environment. Plus, at least 2 years' experience with high-volume invoice processing in Oracle E-Business Suite or similar ERP systems OR a post-secondary diploma in accounting or business administration with an accounting focus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with contact centre software, Adobe Acrobat or similar PDF editing software, and intermediate Excel skills.
