This position involves repair, maintenance, and preventive care of the building and its equipment, including HVAC, fire systems, MHE, and more, at the Distribution Center.
Responsibilities
- Perform repair and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Support the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Follow safety protocols and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and procedures.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and assist with refurbishing tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a distribution or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, control systems, and building maintenance.
- Experience with CMMS and safety procedures.
- Ability to use power and hand tools.
- Preferred: diploma or certification in Electro-Mechanical, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields.
