Role Description:
- Providing expert-level technical knowledge in the design, configuration, development, and delivery of software applications.
- Investigating and resolving production issues related to applications.
- Providing estimates for business cases, impact assessments, projects, and action requests.
- Developing automation methods, identifying performance and capacity requirements, and implementing development tools to improve efficiency.
Required Skill Set:
- Expert experience with Guidewire Claim Center version 9 and cloud-based Claim Center.
- Experience using GWCC accelerators for version 9 and cloud, specifically for Auto Impact or Copart.
- Exposure to security frameworks like SSO, IDP, LDAP, AD.
- Strong API integration skills, including OAuth 2.0, MQ, FTP, SOAP.
- Expertise in Java, C#, C++, SQL/Oracle, XML, data modeling, version control (SVN, GitHub), JIRA, web development.
- Experience with DevOps, build and release management, migration tools (Jenkins, SPLUNK).
- Proficiency in testing, debugging, and enterprise architecture, including web services and messaging queues.
- Experience in production support, incident, problem, and change management.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
