This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Eastern Canada. The role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for market research, sales strategy development, and negotiating deals.
Occasional remote work is allowed. Professional sales presentations and meetings either in person or over Microsoft Teams/Zoom. Maintain excellent relationships with all levels of industrial contacts including HVAC Wholesalers, HVAC contractors, Mechanical Engineers, and Developers/Builders.
Maintain and improve sales and technical skills, industry knowledge, and product information. 5 years and more of HVAC field sales experience is required, HVAC wholesale experience is preferred. \~ Proficient with Microsoft-based products \~
