Your new company
You will be joining a real estate company specializing in the management, leasing, construction, and development of retail and office spaces. They have been active in the Canadian real estate market for over 25 years, managing a portfolio of approximately 4 million square feet.
Your new role
Responsible for managing two retail strip plazas in Mississauga. You will oversee all aspects of property management, including establishing and maintaining professional relationships with tenants, clients, contractors, and internal departments such as leasing, accounting, operations, and construction. You will also be responsible for maintaining the approved property budget and supervising employees.
What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of three years' experience in commercial property management, with knowledge of on-site maintenance and vendor contracts. Key skills include proficiency in MS Office, strong management and leadership abilities, sound judgment, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, openness to change, strong administrative and organizational capabilities, a professional image, customer service orientation, excellent negotiating skills, and high stress tolerance. A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required.
What you'll get in return
You will receive an annual base salary of $90,000 to $100,000, plus benefits.
