Digital Laboratory Assistant

Responsibilities

Operate digital laboratory instruments.
Fragrances compounding and testing.
Process and interpret analytical data and integrate findings into lab management systems.
Train and refine Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance product performance.
Perform data entry and generate reports in system.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Computer Science, or related STEM fields.
Experience with digital lab instrumentation, data analytics tools, or AI/ML frameworks preferred.
Prior exposure to fragrance/flavor testing or related applied chemistry fields is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong technical aptitude for digitally integrated workflows.
Collaborative mindset for cross-functional problem-solving.
Canadian or Permanant Resident preferred.
