Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) deliver compassionate, personalized care, building trusted relationships with residents, families, and team members. They implement and evaluate care plans, ensure accurate documentation, and mentor unregulated care providers.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN registration in the applicable province
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience with seniors preferred
- Education in gerontology, rehabilitation, or long-term care is an asset
- Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certifications
- Vulnerable Sector Check within six months or willingness to obtain
