Position Overview:
Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the HRIS Administrator will support the migration to Dayforce, working closely with HR and finance teams to ensure a smooth transition, system configuration, and compliance with policies and collective agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support system integrity, enhancements, and new modules.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and metrics.
- Maintain and update HRIS for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for HRIS issues.
- Assist in report creation for operational needs.
- Monitor data quality and implement system improvements.
- Document system configurations and procedures.
- Research HR technology best practices for process improvements.
- Manage employee time off adjustments during year-end.
- Configure system workflows, security, and permissions.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvements.
Ideal Candidate:
- Undergraduate degree in IT, business analysis, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years' experience with HRIS applications, system configuration, preferably with Workday.
- Knowledge of HRIS modules like Payroll, WFM, Analytics, Recruitment, Performance.
- Experience with analytics tools and dashboards in Dayforce.
- Strong problem-solving, innovation, and process improvement skills.
- Autonomy, organization, attention to detail, initiative, and urgency.
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
- Understanding of LEAN (Six Sigma) principles.

Eligible to work in Canada, background check required. Hybrid work schedule with at least three days in-office. Policy may change.
