Responsibilities
- Consult on customer success: Advise customers on how to successfully leverage our products and services based on their unique needs.
- Manage inbound customer communications: Answer calls and emails to address customer questions and requests.
- Maintain product knowledge: Act as a product expert to ensure accurate, up-to-date, and strategic information is provided to customers.
- Track interactions in CRM: Record customer interactions in our internal system to foster cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
Requirements
- Financial Planning Designation (PFP or CFP)
- Finance accreditation or willingness to obtain (e.g., LLQP, CIFC, or CSC)
- 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the financial services industry
- Ability to acquire new skill sets and accept new challenges
- An existing network of referrals and approved centers of influence is considered an asset
