About The Opportunity
We"re looking for an experienced customer success professional to join our team and work Eastern Time Zone hours. The Customer Success Manager ("CSM") oversees all business communications with customers utilizing PlanetTogether products and services, and works directly with all customers to increase user adoption, contract renewals, and overall value of every account. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing growth and expansion of all existing accounts (up-sales, cross-sales renewals, etc).
- Becoming comfortable with demoing all PlanetTogether products at a basic level.
- Supporting any pre-sales, sales, and training activities for existing customers (e.g. conducting product demonstrations, leading initial sales calls, etc).
- Enforcing and meeting all account KPIs and quotas.
- Serving as PlanetTogether's first point of contact for any account escalations.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to track and improve customer health scores.
- Creating and managing all customer-facing templates, documentation, etc.
- Delivering weekly reports to PlanetTogether's Executive Leadership Team.
This position reports into and works closely with PlanetTogether"s Sr. Manager of Customer Success. In general, we"re looking for team members whose equilibrium is juggling multiple projects and priorities. Strong candidates will possess an innate ability to set the standard and strive for excellence every minute of the day. To succeed at PlanetTogether, candidates should be incredible critical thinkers, relentless problem solvers, and positive people.
Requirements
- Bachelor"s degree or higher.
- 2+ years of experience in the supply chain or production planning space.
- 2+ years of experience managing strategic relationships and accounts.
- Ability and motivation to perform complex product demonstrations.
- Excellent communicator with a knack for persuasion and driving sales through relationship building
- Native-level fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) and comfortable speaking with colleagues, partners, and clients across all mediums.
- Conversational skills in Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, French (France), or German a major plus
