SAP Solution Architect -- S/4HANA (RTR, PTP, OTC)
Location: Toronto, ON
Join a leading global consultancy driving complex S/4HANA transformations. We're seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead solution design and implementation across Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Order-to-Cash (OTC) domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of scalable, high-performance SAP S/4HANA solutions across RTR, PTP, and OTC.
- Integrate SAP modules and external systems into cohesive end-to-end solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align architecture with strategic goals and best practices.
- Serve as solution lead on S/4HANA implementations, overseeing technical and functional teams.
- Manage scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide architectural direction and mentor project team members throughout the lifecycle.
Business Process Optimization
- Analyze current-state processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Configure and tailor SAP to optimize key business functions within RTR, PTP, and OTC.
- Align solutions with industry standards and business objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between IT and business units to translate needs into actionable solutions.
- Present solution designs, roadmaps, and technical plans to stakeholders and executives.
Governance \& Compliance
- Ensure adherence to SAP standards and governance frameworks.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
- Stay current on SAP innovations, including S/4HANA enhancements and emerging technologies.
- Recommend tools and approaches to enhance system performance and user experience.
Key Qualifications
Experience
- 12 years in SAP solution design and delivery, including full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations.
- Deep domain knowledge of RTR, PTP, and OTC process areas.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA (FI, MM, SD, etc.) and cross-module integration.
- Experience with Fiori apps, CDS Views, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Working knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Certifications
- SAP S/4HANA certifications in relevant modules are highly preferred.
