Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Salesforce System Architect, Global, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Experience in architectural design and application delivery
- Participating in application solutions including planning, architectural design, development, resolution of technical issues, and application rationalization
- Experience in established Software Development Lifecycles and methodologies including agile, scrum, iterative, and waterfall, using blended resources
- Robust analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify, debug, and resolve technical issues, utilizing lean IT principles and data-driven approaches
- Protection of intellectual property, disaster recovery planning, and adherence to SDLC as well as COBIT, CMMI, PMM4, and ITIL
- Architectural domain knowledge including cloud application architecture and container-based deployment
- Business acumen that can interpret and translate goals into technical specifications, delivering thought leadership on specific technologies and driving technological change
- Business knowledge and interpersonal skills to build, maintain, and influence relationships with senior leaders
- Supervising and establishing delivery of project initiatives, building trusting relationships, and engaging with vendors and third parties as appropriate
- Collaborating with other Architects and Developers to provide technical design guidance aligning with strategy and standards, and working independently to evaluate and make strategic decisions to address specific technology needs
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
- Designing, building, and deploying cloud-centric solutions on Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Orchestrating Microservices to create business APIs and REST API design and creation
- Design Styles, Patterns, and Methodologies such as MVC, SOA, Microservice, SPA, MVC/MVP
- Understanding relational and document database knowledge, microservice architecture with distributed processing patterns (SQL, NoSQL)
- Supporting technology and the business to align cloud standards; updating and maintaining key Enterprise Architecture deliverables for cloud technology
- Displaying initiative and leadership, providing coaching and technical mentoring
- Learning rapidly and continuously adopting new technologies, concepts, and business models; staying current with emerging technology trends
- Leveraging business and domain knowledge to interpret and translate architecture plans into business strategies
