Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Analyst, Risks and Controls to join the Integrated Compliance Services team at MBPS. You will support process, risk, and control identification and documentation for business units across Asian jurisdictions and North America.

Key Responsibilities

This role reports to the Assistant Manager of Risk and Controls - Integrated Approach Program.

Support process, risk, and control identification and documentation in all Asian jurisdictions and North America, including:

Leading engagements to document risks and control procedures in Archer (GRC tool) addressing compliance risks for audit and regulatory readiness.

Maintaining relationships with process owners/stakeholders through consistent communication and coordination.

Support the objectives of the Integrated Approach Program by working on additional projects or tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience and Knowledge: 1-2 years in audit, risk, compliance reviews, with strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, and audit principles.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Visio; Power BI is a plus.
- Interpersonal and Adaptability Skills: Ability to work independently under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to cultural diversity.
- Collaboration and Initiative: Team-oriented with good stakeholder engagement skills, supporting the program's objectives.
