Job Summary Job Description What will you do?
- Build awareness. You will design and execute internal communications campaigns to increase awareness and excitement of our business strategies, performance, and brand positioning.
- Be a creative voice. You will develop high-quality written content as needed, including internal social media platforms, email, videos, intranet posts and event updates.
- Ignite and inspire. You will strengthen CAE Group's brand and culture by providing support in planning and executing employee engagement events.
- Drive engagement. Drive employee engagement through initiatives to support diversity, inclusion and belonging.
What do you need to succeed?
- Communications, PR, Media, Journalism or Business educational background preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail with project management capabilities
- Motivation and a strong desire to learn
- Knowledge of and interest in both traditional and social media
- Creativity and curiosity
Nice-to-have:
- Previous Corporate Communications/Public Relations experience
- Visual design skills
- Video editing
- Demonstrated record of academic success with diverse range of extracurricular activities
