Proven experience as Business Analyst in data driven environments and exposure to compliance, risk, or AML/Transaction monitoring projects.
Proficiency in SQL. with hands-on experience querying and analyzing data in both Databricks and Oracle environments
Ability to collaborate with data engineers, stakeholders, and business teams to define requirements and support data projects.
Experience working with large datasets and drawing actionable insights
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
