The Queen's Biomedical Innovation Team (QBiT) is an interdisciplinary design team that designs, prototypes, and tests new, innovative biomedical devices to address healthcare concerns both globally and in our local community.
For the 2025-26 school year, QBiT will be working on 3 projects related to global health:

Position Description:
All Project Managers will report to the Chief Technical Officer.Project Managers will work together to oversee and lead a QBiT design project from ideation to the final design throughout the upcoming year. This is a general application for all the projects -- Project Managers will be chosen based on the best overall candidates and assigned to projects afterwards.
Responsibilities:

Structuring the timeline of the project

Delegating tasks and supervising members of project teams

Keeping track of and managing all on-going tasks for the technical projects and sub-teams

Preparing the project to be taken to competitions or conferences

Taking initiative outside of regular meeting times to further research and design

Utilizing available resources to overcome barriers
-
Regularly attending executive meetings and providing updates

Interview info:
Interviews will take place during the weekends of May 23rd to 25th and May 30th to June 1st.
