Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Program Manager to lead and oversee the implementation, optimization, and management of NetSuite ERP solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in NetSuite, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations and enhancements.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Oversee data migration, system integration, and user training.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure NetSuite best practices are followed and optimized for business processes.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance post-implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP, including at least 2 years in a program or project management role.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules (Finance, CRM, SCM, etc.).
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with NetSuite integrations and customizations.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
