Our client is a global Tier 1 Systems Integrator with projects in Canada. We are looking for someone at the consultant/senior consultant level with experience as a Bilingual French nCino Implementation Specialist.
This role is based in EST zone Canada and is fully remote.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nCino Specialist (BILINGUAL French/English required) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the nCino Bank Operating System and its integration with Salesforce . This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to implement, customize, and optimize nCino solutions to meet our business needs. The nCino Specialist will play a critical role in enhancing our banking processes and ensuring the efficient operation of our financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Customization:
- Lead the implementation of nCino solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Customize nCino applications to enhance functionality and improve user experience.
- Configure and manage nCino features, including loan origination, deposit account opening, and customer relationship management.
- Integration and Maintenance:
- Integrate nCino with Salesforce and other third-party applications.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using nCino applications.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
- Process Improvement:
- Analyze current banking processes and identify opportunities for improvement using nCino solutions.
- Collaborate with business units to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to continuously improve the nCino platform.
- Project Management:
- Manage nCino-related projects, including planning, execution, and delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with nCino and Salesforce platforms.

Proven track record of successful nCino implementations and customizations.

Experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly desirable.
