They are seeking a Finance Manager to join there team as an expert in financing packages, cash flow management and forecasting. This is a newly created role and offers the chance to become a vital cog in the operations and strategy of the company.
The Role:
- Oversee and manage corporate and project-level cash flow forecasting and planning.
- Prepare detailed and timely cash flow reports and variance analyses.
- Coordinate and manage construction draws, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Lead the preparation and structuring of financing and debt packages for ongoing and new developments.
- Maintain strong banking relationships and liaise with lenders regarding financing terms, compliance, and reporting.
The Candidate:
- CPA and/or CFA designation is an asset.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Analyst or Finance Manager , ideally with a banking or real estate development background.
- Strong understanding of real estate finance, debt structures, and construction lending.
- Proficient in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
