The Opportunity:
ML6 is pleased to be partnering with a leading healthcare organization in their search for a Senior Manager, Consolidated Financial Planning \& Analysis to join their growing finance team.
Reporting to the Vice President of FP\&A, you will play a key role in leading enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis activities, with a focus on consolidation, executive reporting, and forward-looking financial strategy. This is a high-impact role that will interact across multiple business units and executive stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the development and consolidation of the annual budget, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts across all business units.
- Provide high-quality insights and financial modeling to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Serve as a key finance partner to the executive leadership team by delivering clear, actionable insights on company performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align business goals with financial outcomes and support strategic initiatives.
- Drive preparation of monthly and quarterly executive reporting packages, including variance analysis, trend reporting, and forward-looking forecasts.
- Own the consolidation of financial results and ensure timely, accurate reporting in line with internal policies and external requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning and reporting processes, tools, and data accuracy.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the FP\&A function's scalability and analytical capability through automation and technology.
- Mentor junior team members and support the development of a high-performing FP\&A team culture.
- Act as a resource to regional and operational finance leaders to drive alignment and knowledge sharing.
What You'll Need To Be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5 years of progressive finance experience with a focus on consolidated FP\&A
- Strong financial modeling and executive reporting skills
- Proven ability to manage complexity and work effectively in a matrixed, multi-entity environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfort working with senior leadership
- CPA or CFA designation considered an asset
