The role is open due to strategic growth and reports to the one of the VP's of M\&A. The M\&A Director will play an integral role;
- Evaluating and executing investments in vertical market software companies
- Supporting General Managers in pursuing acquisitions in core and adjacent markets
- Pursuing acquisitions in net new markets.
- Accountable for the entire M\&A life cycle from managing lead generation through to closing and integration of transactions.
The successful candidate will have 5 years or progressive experience in a corporate development role, top tier consulting firm, M\&A function at a major Accounting firm, investment banking, or private equity firm combined with a CFA, CPA or MBA. Deal execution experience is required.
