Job Description:
- Client is looking for a Desktop Support Technician with experience in Apple products to join the team. You will be responsible for helping users with technical issues related to MacBooks, iMacs, and other Apple devices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Apple hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with macOS, applications, and devices
- Set up new Apple devices for users
- Assisted with network and printer connections
- Documented all work and support tickets
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of macOS and Apple software
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
