Data Analyst - Supply Chain
Contract: 12 months extensions
Fully Remote: Canada (EST or PST hours)
Rate: $48-59/hr
Required Skills \& Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, with a focus on forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization
• Proficiency in SQL -- ability to query data, aggregate values, group by key metrics, and produce actionable reporting
•Proficiency in pandas, NumPy, and other Python libraries for data manipulation and analysis
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, especially around electrical, mechanical, and connectivity equipment
• Experience analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and evaluate gaps in planning
• Comfortable working with multiple data sources to generate reporting and support decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- able to collaborate cross-functionally and present findings clearly
• Highly organized, self-sufficient, and proactive, with the ability to manage tasks autonomously and follow through
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
Nice to Have Skills \& Experience
• Experience working in or supporting data center operations or infrastructure-related supply chains
• Familiarity with Python
• Background in demand vs. supply modeling and reporting
• Familiarity with Tableau for interpreting and presenting data insights

Insight Global is seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst to support the demand planning team focused on electrical, mechanical, and connectivity equipment for a global data center organization. This is a remote role open to candidates across Canada. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, and who can take ownership of analytics workstreams from start to finish. The successful candidate will manage large datasets, extract relevant insights and communicate findings.
