Job Summary As part of the Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) team, the Senior Manager, RCM Change Management (the “Senior Manager”) plays a key part in supporting transformational change initiatives that enhance RBC’s RCM Program and raise the bar in driving change. Job Description What is your opportunity? You will a key part in supporting transformational change initiatives that enhance RBC’s RCM Program and raise the bar in driving change. As the Senior Manager, RCM Change Management, you will also be responsible for the establishment and execution of change programs for RCM initiatives/projects and for material updates to enterprise-wide Compliance policies and standards. You will provide advisory support to Segment and Functions compliance teams on the change programs. What will you do? RCM Change Management Lead the development, communication, and execution of change management strategies for RCM initiatives and policy/standard update projects, including conducting assessments and developing transition plans to drive awareness, faster adoption, and greater sustained change. Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to build and implement change readiness strategies for Compliance RCM. Lead workshops and meetings to identify impact risks, anticipate issues and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns for change initiatives. Report on change and readiness progress, identify concerns with successful delivery, and develop solutions with key stakeholders. Support the Director, RCM Methodologies and Technology in preparing change progress reporting to CSOC, leadership forums and Compliance Working Groups. Provide leadership to, and day-to-day management of the Manager, RCM Change Management. Advisory Provide advisory in relation to RCM Change Programs for Segment and Functions compliance teams. Provide support to training related to RCM initiatives and policy/standard updates, as required. What do you need to succeed? Must-have 5+ years of experience leading/supporting transformational change management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders Effective facilitation and presentation skills Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent Nice-to-have Working knowledge or experience in financial services What’s in it for you?
