We are seeking a campus recruitment intern to support and assist our recruitment efforts, focusing on enhancing our employer brand, managing recruitment events, and engaging with potential candidates. Responsibilities Assist in creating and coordinating social media content to promote job openings, recruitment events, and our employer brand. Support the management of job postings on the company’s career site and other relevant platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Work closely with the communications and marketing teams to design engaging visuals and content for recruitment campaigns. Help organize and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events, including preparing materials and assisting with event logistics. Assist in outreach to educational institutions and support the organization of on-campus recruitment activities, including information sessions and internship events. Support the Senior Recruiter with any additional recruitment tasks as needed. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, or a related field. Strong interest in campus recruitment, social media, and event coordination. Bilingual (French and English) – written and spoken. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
