Ride the next mile with us! We are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to join our Returns team, reporting directly to the Senior Account Manager for Returns. This role will focus on supporting return volume management across Canada through data analysis, operational support, and stakeholder reporting. The successful candidate will bridge business analysis with project coordination, helping the team drive efficiency, flag risks, and deliver improvements. Responsibilities Support the operationalization of return processes by analyzing reports, dashboards, and datasets. Participate in the quality solutions by analyzing reports, dashboards and datasets. Identify and recommend opportunities for system improvements. Participate in the resolution of incidents and problems by proposing actionable solutions and plans. Provide ongoing visibility to stakeholders through data insights and reporting. Analyze data to provide solutions for backlog management to stakeholders. Qualifications Currently in their 3rd or 4th year pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analysis, or any related field. Interest or experience in project coordination and business analysis.
