We are looking for an Administrator (Retail Finance) to join our fast-paced, energetic company working from any of our Region 1 or 2 locations: North Battleford, Unity, Kindersley, Leader, Kyle, Swift Current, Maple Creek, or Shaunavon.
This is a fantastic opportunity to provide financial process support for our western dealerships and be a part of the future of agriculture. As an Administrator, you will assemble documentation and complete the sales finance and cash processes for our sales team and customers. You get to deliver quality work in one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations. Creating positive interactions for all Pattison Ag customers in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Process Sales Department documents including lien searches, buyouts, funding, leases, lease maturities, and cash deals
- Prepare standard letters, documents, or training material
- Handle confidential information with professionalism
- Provide support for all funder and financial institution processes
- Participate in ongoing training and development
Requirements
- Business, Commerce or alternate related post-secondary education or 2-3 year’s work experience in equipment finance background
- Previous experience in the Agriculture Equipment industry considered an asset
- Have exceptional customer service skills, and high level of confidentiality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Administrative expertise and knowledge of office procedures
- Knowledge of cash handling, and general accounting processes
- Are a self-starter with ability to organize and multitask
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent computer skills with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
