The Opportunity The primary role of the Bilingual Task Manager is the setup, maintenance and management of Group Benefits plans across claims, billing & administration platforms, as well as the Plan Administrator and Plan Member Group Benefits website. Responsibilities · Set up new client implementations and amendments for Small Business and Mid-Market clients. · Translate contractual language for plan sponsor contracts and member booklets. · Identify and drive documentation and process improvements using Lean methodology. · Collaborate with internal teams in Implementation and Regional Group Offices to ensure accurate plan design for successful plan implementation and amendments. · Use Groups Benefits experience to determine that the proposed structure can be accommodated on the various admin systems. · Ensure Service Level Agreements are met and provide same-day coding for rushes to ensure service excellence. · Assemble and verify contract and booklet language to ensure Plan Sponsor documents are accurate for both new issues and amendments.
