Yes, we currently offer hybrid work arrangementsVariety: changing work scopes from one day to the next – there is always a new challengeCEDA’s Office is located along the beautiful Bow River!Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with IT and functional teams to ensure smooth operations during the transitionProvide timely responses and resolutions to user issues in both Dynamics AX2012 and D365Contribute to testing, validation, and comparison of AX2012 vs. D365 functionalitySupport data migration efforts, including the validation and reconciliation of financial and operational dataAssist in troubleshooting data discrepancies and functional changes between AX and D365Run and maintain SQL-based reports to support both AX2012 and D365 transition needs.Assist in creating and modifying PowerBI dashboardsSupport data integrity efforts to ensure a clean migration to D365Maintains accurate documentation for common user issues and resolutions for both AX and D365 environmentsAssist in training end-users on new D365 workflows and reporting tools Role Specifications:3+ years’ experience in ERP support, preference within a Dynamics AX or similar ERP environment is requiredA Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field is requiredExperience with D365 Finance & Operations is preferredExperience with Salesforce is a strong assetExperience with PowerBI and reporting tools is preferredSkills:Strong organization, prioritization, and problem solving skills with a high attention to detailYou have an uncompromising belief in teamwork that allows you to effectively collaborate with others while supporting the goals of the businessA positive self-starter mentality, who’s willing to take initiative and work independently and also collaborate on improvements and innovationAdditional InformationThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
