Procurement Specialist/Sales Operations Analyst
Job Description
Quoting
You will deal registration with various vendors (Using deal registrations obtaining quote from distributors)
Manage and quote software licensing renewals
Maintain margin levels predetermined by the business
Order fulfillment
You will be responsible for sourcing products from different vendors (distributors, OEM's) to find lowest cost items
Setting up new product information in the Ricoh ERP system
Following up on order status and escalations of late shipping, mis ship, damage, substitute - RUS buyers
Process Improvement
You shall act as business lead to continuously improve / automate procurement processes internally and with vendors
You would be accountable for:
Procurement cost as a percentage of revenue
On time and accurate delivery
Communication on order status and delivery
Experience
You will have a minimum of 3 years of sourcing & procurement experience
Ideally 2+ years in IT industry
