Job Summary
The Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse provides direct patient care and facilitates the provision of care by supporting, counselling and guiding personnel, patients and their responsible others; will be required to develop and facilitate groups, establishing and maintaining nursing practice standards and other related duties.
Education
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education and Training
Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
Nursing diploma is acceptable
Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
Experience
Applicants with recent acute mental health nursing experience and PART desired.
Other Information
Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) or registered/eligible with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK (RPNAS).
