Reporting to the Bakery Manager, responsibilities for this position include the following:
To perform slicing and packaging duties for breads and buns.
To fry and finish doughnuts in the prescribed manner.
To finish tarts, pies, etc. in the prescribed manner.
To assist in bench work on cookies and other dough.
To maintain required records in the work area, including preparation of production sheets as prescribed.
To take bakery orders from customers and prepare accurate invoices for those good.
To observe and maintain system sanitation standards and practices, maintain tools and equipment, and keep work area clean and neat.
To assist in other duties as assigned.
To follow departmental security policies.
Qualifications
Must be strongly service-oriented, motivated and capable of serving customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
Must have capability to operate the required equipment for the preparation, merchandising and sale of Bakery products.
Must be able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
