A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a dedicated and experienced Sr Industrial Skills Training Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Sr Industrial Skills Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs tailored to the needs of various industrial operations. Your expertise will help ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles, driving productivity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the following areas: Training needs assessment based on target jobs, curriculum design, development and validation, training program development & evaluation.
Provide professional expertise and consultation in developing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development solutions for industrial and professional workforce.
Engage in training programs design, development, implementation, evaluation of learning, development, and performance.
Support leaders to identify and integrate best approaches to learning, development, and performance.
Lead learning and development programs quality assurance, evaluation activities and national/international accreditation.
Identify relevant accreditation and certifications bodies based on programs needs/benefits and maturity and ensure programs are accredited/certified as approved by management.
Collect relevant data, conduct in-depth analysis and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track performance and implementation.
Develop and implement governing policies and procedures related to learning, development, and performance.
Articulate L&D standards in collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure consistency of the practice and lead L&D processes redesign.
Use appropriate systems for learning management, content management, knowledge management, talent management, and performance monitoring.
Advanced degree, preferably Ph.D. in Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited western university.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in training programs design and evaluation including governance, benchmarking, accreditation, quality assurance, standards settings and performance measurements in an oil & gas context.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in using training management systems and e-learning platforms.
Ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
