The Treasury Back Office is a fast-paced, high-impact team within Treasury Operations, playing a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of funds across the organization. We're the guardians of precision and timeliness—responsible for processing a wide range of payments and transfers across 15+ banking platforms, handling everything from high-value manual transactions to the authorization of payment instructions from across the business. We also execute money market fund activity, ensuring every move is aligned with strict procedural and compliance standards.
A role you will love
We’re looking for a Treasury Back Office Manager to lead this vital function. In this role, you’ll oversee a dedicated team of 5 to 8 professionals—providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them thrive in a fast-moving environment. You’ll champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration, ensuring the team remains motivated, well-coordinated, and focused on delivering with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day Treasury Back Office function
Accountable for all payments being processed on time, every time and daily settlement verification reports reviewed for any variances
Resolve wire settlement issues as they arise and resolves exception breaks
Accountable for all money market fund execution and settlement.
Deal with errors if they occur to reduce/eliminate impact and ensure we learn from them such that they do not recure
Help develop payment strategy and architecture
Lead and contribute to a range of projects, providing subject matter expertise and assigning resource as required
Establish and cultivate relationships with senior key stakeholders with collaboration to ensure processes and controls are adhered to and understood.
Ensure compliance with all regulation and internal procedures while safeguarding the risk management and control environment
Maintain and review of Treasury Back Office policies and procedures
Develop systems and process, improving the efficiency/effectiveness of Treasury Back Office activities and the payment infrastructure in general
What will you bring to the role?

Required:
Minimum 7 years in treasury, preferably in a leadership role
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Strong knowledge of the financial services industry
Relevant Accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA/ACA or similar)
Relevant Treasury qualification (CTP/ ACT)
Preferred:
Oracle fusion exposure
