Crunch Canada is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Field Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of localized marketing initiatives across our regional footprint. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about fitness and wellness, and has a proven track record of building strong community and partner relationships across multi-unit locations across multiple provinces in Canada. Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Local Insights
Conduct market research to gather insights into local demographics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Use findings to guide campaign design, messaging, and promotional activities that resonate with local audiences.
Stay informed about emerging local market trends and recommend innovative strategies accordingly.
Campaign Management
Own the full lifecycle of regional marketing campaigns — from concept development and planning to execution and performance measurement.
Work cross-functionally with creative, digital, and operations teams to ensure timely and successful campaign rollouts.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign ROI, optimizing efforts for future initiatives.
Relationship Building & Community Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with club teams, local partners, and community organizations to support member acquisition and retention.
Identify and activate strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and engagement within the region.
Represent the brand at regional events, club activations, and partner functions as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in field, regional, or local marketing roles.
Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results.
Strong understanding of regional nuances and ability to tailor messaging and strategy accordingly.
Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
Experience working for a multi-unit organization (gym, retail, food service or similar)
