URGENT: E-commerce & Admin Support Assistant (Walmart experience is required)

Description
Respond to customer inquiries via email and website chat with professionalism and empathy
Resolve order issues, manage returns, and process refunds in a timely manner
Maintain email communications with suppliers and vendors
Keep accurate records of inventory, orders, and relevant documentation
Prepare and organize internal documents such as product sheets, reports, and presentations
Track social media trends and provide content suggestions
Support influencer outreach and coordinate collaborations to boost brand awareness
Update product listings on client’s website and Walmart Marketplace
Monitor product performance and create regular sales and performance reports
Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance product and service quality
Assist with email marketing campaigns: writing, scheduling, and tracking performance metrics
Support marketing initiatives to increase reach and engagement
Design simple graphics and branded content for social media using Canva
Research and compile lists of potential retail partners (e.g., shelters, corporate orgs)
Assist with email outreach to prospective buyers (e.g., Sobeys, Walmart)
Manage follow-up communications and maintain outreach records
Hard Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, E-commerce Assistant, or in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Canva, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, and key social platforms
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities
Tech-savvy with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems is a plus
Schedule:
25 Hours/Week to 40 Hours/Week
Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM Pacific Standard Time
Offer and Benefits:
$3-$4USD/hour
HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
