Summer Labourer – Civil Construction (Courtenay/Comox Area)
Hourly Rate: Starting at $18/hour

Knappett Industries is excited to offer a seasonal opportunity for a motivated and hardworking Summer Student to join our team as a Civil Construction Labourer. If you're energetic, eager to learn, and ready to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Support a safe work environment by following all company safety protocols
Assist with various tasks on the construction site as assigned
Perform general labour duties including site cleanup and shoveling
Carry out landscaping tasks and general site maintenance
Provide assistance to skilled trades as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute
Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs or more
CSA-approved steel-toe boots required
Valid provincial driver’s license preferred
Professional and respectful conduct when interacting with the public
