This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned investment professional to lead the development and evolution of strategic asset allocation within a fast-growing financial technology environment. As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping investment strategies, refining portfolio construction methodologies, and driving competitive performance across a broad range of products. Accountabilities:
- Own and refine the company’s strategic asset allocation framework using data-driven, research-backed methodologies
- Define and implement guidelines for tactical adjustments to allocations and portfolio construction
- Drive optimal security selection and efficient trade execution to enhance portfolio outcomes
- Establish internal benchmarks, monitor performance, and perform attribution analysis relative to targets
- Maintain competitive intelligence on asset allocation practices in the retail and institutional investment space
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align investment strategies with business goals and client needs
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in portfolio management, strategic asset allocation, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to define long-term investment vision and translate it into actionable strategies
- Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of portfolio theory, benchmarking, and performance attribution
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex investment concepts to varied stakeholders
