Position Overview:
We are searching for an Energetic Group Fitness Coordinator with experience in team leadership, management, and teaching. Ideal candidates will also have expertise in teaching one or more of these formats: Strength, Bootcamp, Kickboxing, ZUMBA, TRX, Sculpt, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, or HIIT.
What You’ll Do:
Act as the primary contact for Group Fitness and Small Group Training programs at your club.
Recruit, develop, and manage a strong instructor team.
Implement and enhance seasonal class schedules.
Oversee the rollout of new Crunch Fitness programs.
Promote classes locally and within the club.
Track attendance data and grow program engagement.
Ensure all classes meet Crunch Fitness brand standards.
Actively lead classes.
Support members in achieving their fitness goals.
Respond professionally to member inquiries.
Use the instructor portal and social media to share updates and promotions.

Skills, Education, and Experience:
Group Fitness Certification or License from a nationally recognized organization:
Canadian Certifications: CanFitPro, CFES
American Certifications (recognized in Canada): AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA
Experience leading teams and growing fitness programs.
Teaching experience across a variety of formats, including Strength, Bootcamp, Kickboxing, ZUMBA, TRX, Sculpt, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, and HIIT classes.

The compensation for this role:
Coordinator: $21.50 - $25.00/hour for 8 - 12 hours/week
Instructor: $35.00 - $40.00 as required
