We are looking for a technically skilled Financial Systems Analyst to support the deployment and configuration of Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCM). This role will involve hands-on work with data integration, formula development, and system-driven cost modeling. Additionally, the role will involve evaluating finance operations for AI/ML-based automation opportunities HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE: Acquire in-depth knowledge of Oracle PCM, including system structure, metadata, allocation logic, and formula building. Implement data pipelines and configure system inputs to ingest raw financial and operational data into Oracle PCM. Design, develop, and test allocation models and profitability reports within Oracle PCM. Collaborate with finance teams to translate business requirements into technical configurations. Perform system debugging, validation, and performance tuning during and after implementation. Analyze existing finance processes to identify possible AI or machine learning solutions that can drive efficiency or insight. Document technical specifications, system configurations, and integration processes. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING: Strong understanding of AI and machine learning fundamentals, with practical knowledge of tools or frameworks Proven experience with finance system implementations; experience with Oracle EPM or PCM is a major advantage. Solid experience in working with structured data systems, including ETL, SQL, or similar data transformation tools. Familiarity with enterprise finance data structures and concepts such as cost allocation, profitability modeling, and reporting. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a technical environment.
