As a member/client service advisor – sales, you help maintain business relationships with members and clients. You carry out the necessary actions to help prevent different types of fraud and minimize financial losses. You analyze various information and communicate with customers to verify the validity and the nature of the transactions. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to: Analyze and interpret the type and nature of suspicious transactions and take the necessary actions to avoid monetary losses. Advise members and customers who are victims of fraud on how to avoid potential monetary losses. Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention. Collect, compile and analyze data. Prepare reports and recommendations. Help identify your unit’s operational risks and opportunities for improvement.
