Position Summary
The CCS Implementation Specialist is responsible for overseeing the successful deployment and integration of the Straumann Group digital ecosystem ensuring measurable success to fast-growing segments including but not limited to DSO (Dental Service Organization), institutions, clinical, and lab customers. This role involves working closely with internal teams, dental professionals, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation, training, and support while providing a best in class customer experience for Straumann Group customers. The CCS Implementation Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of optimizing workflows and solutions to enable the customer to efficiently and effectively treat patients, scale their business, achieve business goals, improve operations and ultimately improve patient care using Straumann Group digital eco system.

Thorough ROI analysis incorporating digital technology
Pathways to capture additional parts of the business and maximize operational efficiency
Customer Onboarding & System Implementation:
Work with internal stakeholder and customers to map customized implementation and training plans
Conduct pre-installation assessments to determine compatibility and workflow adjustments.
Training & Support:
Provide hands-on training customers on the use of digital dental technologies.
Develop training materials, user guides, and best practice documentation.
Offer post-implementation support to troubleshoot issues and optimize system usage.
Ability to project manage and map implementation plans
Ability to conduct workflow training courses both in Andover, Mansfield, and at customer site
Work with customer’s IT department to establish connectivity and security requirements
Identify incremental business opportunities with our current customer base to add additional share of wallet product offerings through expanding digital footprint and optimizing digital processes
Provide best-in-class customer experience
Create cadence and conduct business reviews with customers to monitor progress and create goals with customer using available tools such as Power BI
Collaborate with DSO customers to understand their business needs, conduct analysis of current solutions, and develop custom implementation plans and timelines for deployment for digital solutions and workflows
Work cross functionally with DSO customer success managers. technical trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure digital solutions are implemented successfully and effectively
Conduct monthly calls with DSO team to review newly closed opportunities and provide feedback on status of current implementation projects
Stay current on new product launches, latest trends and advancements in digital solutions and complete monthly training around digital offerings to provide best practices, training, and recommendations to customers to ensure success
Key member of CCS team driving digital strategy, identifying barriers for growth and areas of opportunity, and optimizing digital customer experience within DSOs
Strong presentation skills/and developing digital presentations and mapping customer journeys for successful implementation
Extensive travel, 50-75% of the time.
Some Weekend and Evening Seminars/Trade Shows will be required
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
5+ years of sales experience required
5+ years of experience working in Medical device or dental industry
Valid driver's license, safe driving record, maintaining auto insurance coverage
Preferred Qualifications
Dental implant experience with extensive knowledge around Straumann group digital workflow and general knowledge on clear aligner/ ortho business
Experience with selling Digital Solutions to Dentists and Lab owners.
In-depth knowledge of our products or competitive solutions similar to those products
Intermediate level computer skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel and CRM are tools used to communicate with key customers
