About the role Job Description We’re looking for a Claims Assistant II, Subrogation to join our growing team! You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and front-line quality customer service in the settlement of insurance Claims. Job Description Summary The role provides essential operational and administrative support within the claims department. Responsibilities include assigning claims to representatives across all levels, managing and triaging the Subrogation (Subro) queue daily, and delivering general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing. The position also involves processing incoming correspondence, handling payments on claim files, and identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and support overall team performance. Location is Mississauga, Ontario. What you'll do here: Claim assignments for all level of Claims Representatives Triage and manage Subro que daily Provide various administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, mailing etc. Process, coordinate, sort and distribute incoming correspondence. Process payments on claim files. Identify process improvements to management.
