The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to join our growing team and help elevate our online experience. This is a great opportunity to dive into the fast-paced world of DTC retail and make a real impact on how we show up online.
You’ll be at the heart of our digital storefront—supporting product launches, maintaining high-performing site content, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing and customer experience to bring campaigns to life, optimize merchandising, and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update product listings including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory
Ensure site content is current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
Support new product launches and promotional campaigns across eCommerce platforms
Monitor site functionality and coordinate with developers or support teams to resolve issues
Assist in managing online merchandising, cross-selling, and product categorization
Support reporting on site performance metrics, customer behaviour, and sales trends
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to support digital marketing campaigns
Conduct competitive research and help identify eCommerce growth opportunities
Coordinate promotional calendars, and product updates across channels
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related field
Working knowledge of Shopify Plus, familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify reports)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Demonstrated understanding of SEO best practices
Experience in consumer goods, fashion, beauty, or retail is a bonus
