A strategic and analytical Process Improvement Consultant to evaluate, design, and implement efficient business processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying inefficiencies, leveraging data-driven methodologies, and collaborating across departments to deliver measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Essential Functions: · Analyze current business processes using tools like process mapping, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis. · Identify areas of inefficiency, bottlenecks, or waste across operations, systems, and workflows. · Develop and implement solutions to streamline processes, enhance quality, and reduce costs. · Lead cross-functional workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and build consensus on change initiatives. · Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and monitor progress. · Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and implementation plans to senior leadership. · Provide training and support to teams on new processes and tools. · Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in process optimization. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested · Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous learning within the team. Additional Responsibilities: · Ensure compliance with applicable company policies, procedures, and directives. Machines, Tools and Equipment: · Operate standard office equipment (i.e., personal computer, calculator, telephone, etc. Education, Training, Experience and Licensing/Certification Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. · 3-5 years’ experience in process improvements, operations, or management consulting · Combination of education/experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: · Strong understanding of domestic and international payment methods and regulations. · Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., preferably Workday) and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). · Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
