The Senior Director designs and executes on a strategy that delivers operational excellence, client experience, continuous improvement, accelerating automation and digitization and cultivating a positive environment. The Senior Director is responsible for managing the Credit Processing Services Loan Operations team. As the Senior Director, Operation Management you will be accountable for the strategic direction of Loan Operations team. The role applies solid processing knowledge of lending products and loan administration practices in the following regions; Canadian Commercial Banking, Canadian Large Corporate, US Large Corporate or European Large Corporate. As a member of the Credit Processing Team, this role participates in process improvement and quality initiatives to enhance the quality of client service and increase operational efficiency.
