To achieve this mission, the team are focused on two strategies: Flawlessly execute & optimize omnichannel campaigns aligned to Global & Regional strategic priorities Pioneer new customer engagement approaches to deliver our mission & serve as ‘test bed’ for scale We are looking for an experienced, creative and passionate digital marketer to lead and support the implementation and the execution of omnichannel campaigns (Oncology focus). This role will report to the Customer Experience Lead and is going to be key member of the agile Scrum Team to successfully deliver the team’s mission to drive business impact at pace. These responsibilities include some of the following: Creation and execution of omnichannel integrated campaigns for assigned brands in a timely manner, with clear customer segmentation and targeting Work closely with assigned x-functional team to plan and execute the campaigns, including implementation of data driven customer experience user journeys and content planning across broader channel mix Manage x-matrix stakeholders and third parties to execute flawlessly, including MOC, media agencies and relevant Regional and Local stakeholders in the LOCs. Align with global & local analytics framework, execute (or lead vendor to execute) tagging of content and campaigns to track usage and effectiveness for improvement. Provide instructions for tagging across all campaign collaterals. Execute monthly campaign performance analysis, analyzing all relevant data sets, distilling key insights and recommending actions for optimization ready for presentation to snr management as part of ongoing agile sprint retrospectives. Work with D&A lead and scrum master's to ensure effective and efficient use of global digital platforms including latest best practices, updates or releases including new functionalities & channels. Manage content and activity demand forecasting / prioritization process with MOC and 3rd party vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns / channels with appropriate regional governance Manage digital vendors, translation vendor and carry out necessary compliance / management monitoring activities on a routine basis to mitigate identified risks across the Digital Hub. Own the development, implementation & continuous optimization of customer-centric digital framework Key Attributes: Proven success in executing omnichannel marketing in competitive environments enhancing customer experience Ability to align customer and patient needs with business strategy by: defining and targeting optimal audiences, designing meaningful user journeys, creating impactful content that connects to customer needs and business strategy, executing campaigns with excellence, measuring and analyzing for continuous improvement. Agile, collaborative, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving attitude Experience in content and media planning, collaborating with third-party media suppliers Specialty care marketing experience (preferably Oncology) Utilization of third-party marketing channels and platforms for HCPs Experience with modular content Excellent project planning skills for managing complexity and timely delivery Learning agility and problem-solving skills for adapting to change Ability to drive and inspire support for change initiatives Leadership and agility to thrive through changes, focusing on continuous improvement and optimism Experience in data analysis and deriving insights into optimizing campaigns Medical copywriting and successful PAAB submission and feedback management for impact at pace Hands-on experience with content development and copy approval (e.g., Content Lab) Commitment to ongoing professional development Strong customer focus and awareness of digital industry trends for business innovation Strong partner with marketing teams, medical affairs, production partners, and agencies for coordinated campaign execution and internal advocacy Brilliant team player who makes those around them better through collaboration, optimism, creativity, communication and commitment for the team to win together Why you? Experience working with Rx brands preferably within the Specialty Care Area (Oncology focus preferred) Digital Marketing degree or equivalent with significant experience in omnichannel execution of content and user journeys Strong understanding of Customer segmentation & targeting Hands on experience of content development and copy approval, i.e. Content Lab Excellent internal engagement skills - building credibility with, and insights through, a strong internal network of key stakeholders High accountability & track record of successfully delivering critical complex projects Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree 3 years of experience in business intelligence or insights 2 years of experience in digital marketing Project management experience in a commercial setting Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: MBA Deep understanding of Omnichannel / CX marketing approaches and strategies Ability to influence without authority Strong verbal and written communication skills Why GSK?
